Join Black Diaspora Symphony founder and music director Dayvin Hallmon before the concert at 4:30 PM for a preconcert talk about the significance of this program and what the audience can expect. Composer Autumn Maria Reed will also be present to talk about the brand new piece that she has written for this concert. The pre concert talk will take place at Central United Methodist Church located at 639 North 25th Street.

The 5:00 PM concert is free, family friendly, and open to the entire public.
